Returns & Exchanges

We accept items for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Only items purchased directly from our website will be exchanged or returned. Items will be refunded for the price shown on your receipt. Only items purchased are refunded. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

Please Note: Empty jars cannot be accepted for refund.

Returns/Exchanges Restrictions

Only items purchased through The Traditional may be accepted for a return or exchange. Items purchase from a store location will not be accepted for an exchange or refund. Please email us prior to mailing returns so we may provide a return number for your purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for any reimbursement issued to your method of payment.

Damaged Shipments

If an item is broken or damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days and we will send a replacement. Replacements will not be sent after 30 days.

Order Shipment

Orders will be processed within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

The prices displayed on this web site are quoted in U.S. currency. Prices are subject to change at any time. A sales tax and shipping & handling charge will be determined by the ship-to address of the order and automatically added. We are required by law to apply sales tax to orders (including shipping & handling) for all states where we have a presence.
